Why is my History Tab empty?

In any member record, there are several tabs, including the History tab. On the History tab, you first need to Choose a type of history in order to see something on this screen. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Main Menu of the iGoFigure Software, click on the Member Records button and select the member for whom you wish to view a history.
  2. Click on the History tab.
  3. Click on the pull down menu labeled: Choose a type of history and select either, Attendance History, Attributes History, Notes, Payments History, Sign-up History, or Status History.
