How do I add a new membership to an Archive Member?
In order to add a new membership to an archived member, simply perform the following steps:
- From the More Options Menu, select Archive Members.
- Select the archived member for whom you wish to add a membership.
- Click on Reactivate Member in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Click Reactivate on the Reactivate Member pop-up.
- Select Back to Menu in the lower left-hand corner.
- From the Main Menu, click New Member.
- Indicate that you are assigning a membership to An Existing Member by selecting the radio button to the left of that option and click Next.
- A list of all members who are not archived will appear. Select the member you wish to add a membership to and complete the New Membership Wizard as usual.
After completing steps 1-5, your member is no longer archived, and steps 7-9 allow you to add a membership to the member's record. You will be able to give the membership a new Date Joined (contract start date) and charge new sign-up fees and dues paid at sign-up.
