How do I create a Backup of my data?

If you have made several changes to your data such as, members signing in, deposits done, employees have clocked in and out, etc. you will want to create a backup. To do this, you can choose one of the two options below:

Create a Backup without Exiting the iGoFigure Software
  1. From the More Options Menu, click on the Backup Restore Utility button.
  2. Click on the Backup button and click OK on the pop-up window asking you to ensure all instances of iGoFigure are closed.
  3. Choose the name and location for the backup and then click Save in the lower-right corner.
Create a Backup while Exiting the iGoFigure Software
  1. From either the Main Menu or the More Options Menu, click on the Exit button in the lower-left corner of the screen.
  2. A pop-up window will ask if you are sure that you want to exit the iGoFigure Software. Click Yes.
  3. The iGoFigure may next ask if you wish to clock-out employees, but after that question, it will ask if you would like to Backup the iGoFigure Software. Click Yes on this window.
  4. Choose the name and location for the backup and then click Save in the lower-right corner of the screen.
