Why can I not see the Outgoing Calls on my Projection Sheet?

On the far right of your Projection Sheet the last section counts your Call/Appt and BR/Appt. Each individual date on the Projection Sheet retrieves the Incoming Calls, Appointments from Incoming, Total Buddy Referrals, and Appointments from Outgoing from the General Tab of the Paperwork section of the program.

So, the Outgoing Calls that you find in the General Tab of the Paperwork section does not show up on your Projection Sheet. Instead, it is replaced with the Total number of Buddy Referrals recorded on that day. The Projection Sheet assumes that all Outgoing Calls are from Buddy Referrals and so gives the number of Buddy Referrals over the number of Appointments made from Outgoing phone calls. If one, for example, finds that the BR number is larger than the Appt number for a particular day, they might do the following:

  1. From the Main Menu, click on Paperwork.
  2. On the General Tab, select the date in question.
  3. Compare the number in the blank for Outgoing Calls to the number in the Buddy Referrals box labeled Total.
If the number of Outgoing Calls is less than the Total Buddy Referrals, then a few more calls could have been made on that date.
