The Sign-Up Fee and Dues Paid at Sign-Up are appearing incorrectly in the New Membership Wizard. How do I correct this?
In order to correct the Sign-Up Fee and Dues Paid at Sign-Up, simply perform the following steps:
- From the More Options Menu, select Member Agreements.
- Select the membership that needs to be updated.
- Click on the Fees tab.
- Click on Edit in the upper right-hand corner.
- Type in the correct amounts for the Sign-Up Fee and Dues text boxes.
- Click on Save in the upper right-hand corner.
After completing these steps, you have updated the Sign-Up Fee and Dues Paid at Sign-Up. When you enter a new membership, the correct amounts will appear. This change will only affect new members. This will not change the dues for existing members.
