How do I delete a Member No-Sale?

In order to delete a member no-sale, simply perform the following steps:

  1. From the Main Menu, select Member No-Sale.
  2. Click on the no-sale you wish to delete.
  3. Click Delete No-Sale.
  4. Click Delete to permanently delete this member no-sale.

This member no-sale will be deleted from your Member No-Sale list, the Traffic Control Sheet, and from the employee\'s No Sales tab. The only reason you should delete a no-sale is if they came back in to purchase a membership and the employee did not select the option to add a membership to a previous no-sale through the New Membership Wizard.
