How do I add or edit a picture in a member's record?

In order to add or edit a picture in a member's record, simply perform the following steps:

  1. From the Main Menu, click on Member Records
  2. Select the member whose photo you wish to edit from the list.
  3. Go to the General tab of the member's record.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Click on the picture or the default image that says No Photo Available.
  6. If you are using the webcam that is integrated with iGo Figure you will see a live video feed from where the camera is pointed. Click Take Picture.

If you are not using the webcam that is integrated with iGo Figure, then you will need to click Upload Picture and then Browse for the member's picture. Locate the member's picture on the hard drive or external storage device.

  • Once the desired picture appears in the Member Photo pop-up, click OK. Be sure to Save your changes.

The selected picture has now been added to your member's record. This picture will appear above the Attendance Panel when the member scans in, on the Welcome Screen when the member scans in, and in the General tab of the member's record. Having the picture in the General tab of the member's record and above the Attendance Panel when the member scans in will improve name-face recognition. It will also allow your employees to greet the member by name, which will build rapport with the members.
