How can I send a member an email through iGo Figure?

In order to send a member an email, simply perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the Personal tab of the member's record.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click Send E-mail in the upper right-hand corner.

This will open the email program that you have selected under Internet Options. We recommend that you use Outlook or Outlook Express.

The member's email address will automatically populate or appear in the 'To' field of a new email. You can now type your message and send the email to your member.

Since an internet connection is required to send emails be sure to connect to the internet if you are on dial-up.
