How do I remove an item from collections?

To remove an item from Collections, simply perform the following steps:

  1. From the Main Menu, click on Money Management.
  2. Click on Balances Due and Collections.
  3. Click the appropriate balance you wish to remove by selecting the radio button under the Pay Now column.
  4. Click Next in the bottom right-hand corner.
  5. Select the payment method you wish to use and select the Sales Person from the drop-down menu where it says Required.
  6. Click Next in the bottom right-hand corner. This member will now be removed from Collections status.

Once this is complete, you can either Print the receipt or click Back To Menu to process another Collection payment. Click Back To List once finished.
