||In 1997 Go Figure, Inc. introduced the iGo Figure Member & Customer Management Software. Kyle Zagrodzky, founder and CEO of Go Figure used his experience as a health club owner to design the #1 club management software in the world. Together with Matt Zagrodzky, Vice President and General Counsel, they create a great team that truly understands the needs of our customers.
||The Marketing team, comprised of Randy Ivy, Brian Hegvold and Mary Ann Hegvold, provides support for many of Go Figure's departments by providing attractive, easy-to-understand communication materials for our current and potential customers. The creative juices behind our emails, printed materials and participation in tradeshows start here. Marketing is also responsible for the Go Figure website content and design in English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish.

|Quality Assurance (QA)
||The skilled QA team is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all quality control processes and tests within the organization. The QA team, led by John Felton, assists the Tech Support and Development departments to prevent, detect and manage all issues related to a product release. This involves creating and maintaining a test infrastructure containing thousands of test cases and configurations that ensure that all Go Figure products and services are of the highest quality.
||The overall goal of the Sales Department is to increase revenue for each of our customers while meeting each company's individual business needs. While promoting the iGo Figure Software and related services, our team will analyze and enhance an existing business model and subsequently demonstrate and provide tools that lead to success. Our team is constantly saving customers hundreds, and sometimes thousands of dollars per year, by utilizing our software and transitioning from outdated methods of payment processing to our integrated payment processing options and member retention program. We work closely with all internal departments, as well as with our business partners to constantly enhance the entire customer experience within the iGo Figure Software community.
||The Technical Support team is completely devoted to assisting customers in any way possible. With availability seven days a week, the team takes the time to ensure that each customer's questions are answered in a professional and patient manner. No question is a dumb question! We want you to have a good experience while using the software. So don't be afraid to ask.
||The Training Department strives to ensure that high-quality training resources are made available to our users in a variety of formats, so people can learn in whatever manner is most comfortable to them. We offer an electronic help file, printed documentation, video training clips, live webinar training sessions over the Internet, and even on-site, personalized training sessions. We welcome our customers' input and feedback, and are always looking for ways to improve our training offerings.
