Customizable security gives you greater control.
Customizable security allows owners, managers and employees access to specific areas of the software based on settings you configure.
- Basic settings give Owner, Manager and Employee levels of security access.
- Only three passwords exist for all employees to use based on their position.
- As the owner, you can determine what areas of the software are unlocked by the Manager password and the Access password.
- Advanced settings allow you to determine the type of access for each "profile".
- Unlimited number of advanced profiles can be created. For example: Manager, Assistant Manager, Front Desk, Personal Trainer, etc.
- Every employee is assigned to a profile giving them access to allowed areas of the software. Managers can then have access to more things than someone assigned to the assistant manager profile and so on.
- Each employee has their own unique username and password.
- Security Audit Report provides details on who accessed the software and what they viewed.
